Welcome!

 

So, today is the hardest day of your life.  You’ve just been given the news that your child has a congenital heart defect. We want to provide you with some hope and some encouragement as you start this journey.

 

On this site, you will find various links. One is our database of families whose single ventricle children have been cared for at Children’s Hospital Colorado.  It provides information about each family, each child, and how to get in touch with each of us.  Please take a few moments, whenever you are ready, to review it and perhaps find a family or two that you are drawn to.  We have provided phone numbers and email addresses, and you are free to use whatever method of communication best fits your needs.  

 

We have all found a sense of understanding and friendship within this community.  We are here to support each other in the good times and the bad, and we would welcome the opportunity to encourage you along this journey.
